The Fellowship Auction/ Spaghetti Feed is just around the corner! (APRIL 19th!) This event will be raising money to help support the 20 (15 students, 5 adults) team members traveling to Mexico July 7 – 14th.
In order to keep the expenses as low as possible, we thought we would ask if there were people who would be willing to help donate supplies for the meal. Please do not feel obligated to do so, but if you would want to, it would really help us out!
Below you will find a list of the items that we are looking to have donated. If you can help in any way, please contact Pastor Chris either by emailing him chris@stcroixalliance.com or by calling the church office 483-1100. Thanks in advance! We hope to see you on the 19th!
By the way, it is also not too late to donate a “fellowship item!”
NEEDED DONATIONS
Spaghetti Sauce - 12-14 bottles
Ground Hamburger – 10 lbs
Salad Dressing – French, Ranch, Italian
Lemon Aide – 64 quarts
Parmesan Cheese – 4 containers
Butter – 8lbs.
We would like to have these items to the church by Wednesday, April 15th. Please contact Pastor Chris with what you will be donating as soon as possible so that we do not double up on items.
